Augustus Hotel - Ottaviano

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ottaviano called Augustus for a weekend getaway. The room size was fine and the staff were friendly, trying their best to accommodate me even though my room had to be changed three times. Despite the inconvenience, they made the best of the situation and ensured I had a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I was satisfied with my experience at Augustus.

Convenient location near Palazzo Mediceo, which is a big plus. 🏰 Easy parking available right on-site. Great spot for a quick overnight stay. Would definitely suggest it to our pals.

Spent Christmas there. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good with a nice variety of foods including fresh fruit and pastries. the location of the hotel was convenient and near points of interest. the room seemed to be clean.

The room was really outdated. Temperature control was not really efficient as there was no AC nor heating.

The hotel we stayed in during our city trip was a great find! it was located in a very convenient area, close to easily accessible transportation and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was excellent and really made us feel comfortable during our stay. Lastly, we were thrilled to find that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with a great selection of tasty items to choose from.

That the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. There were a few occasions when we had questions or needed assistance and it felt like we were bothering them.

The housekeeping staff ensured that our room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the range of amenities provided, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
